The Coaching & Games development Officer will focus on the development of ladies football within the county with emphasis on the under 8 and 10 aged girls to promote an introduction to ladies football and to build skills from an early age as well as assisting with the promotion and coaching work at other age groups. Other duties include; supporting the communications and administration activities with the County Administrator. Organise Club blitzes/events as agreed with the Westmeath LGFA Development Committee.
Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting form.

After completing a major award in the level of their choice, participants can opt to further their studies to obtain a qualification of a higher level in a relevant field of studies.
With the practical work experience gained through their involvement with the C.E. Scheme, participants can continue on to secure employment within a reputable organisation. Many participants from this area of work experience continue on to gain employment or study towards achieving a higher cert in Sports related qualifications.
